Visited on Sunday morning. Wonderful selection of pastries, breads, big pies and little pies. Two friendly servers and places to sit. My cherry Danish was delicious with a lot of cherries. Just as good as I remembered from the 80's. And the prices are reasonable too. $7.50 for a personal pie.

It's been a while since I've been to the bakery, and I needed to pick up some pastries to bring to a friend. I went to the Woodside Bakery and forgot how wonderful it is. They have a huge variety of pastries, cakes etc. Everything looks delicious. I bought some muffins, scones and danish and everything was as good as it looked. I have some friends coming over this morning and happily saw they are open on Sunday, so in heading over this morning

I only tried their pies at the nearby Alice's Restaurant in the Woodside area in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The cherry pie is just about perfect: loaded with cherries, not too sweet, flaky lattice crust, and wonderful after a mountain bike ride. The boysenberry pie is nearly as good, but I don't really like boysenberries. Still, I wanted to try it on my 2nd visit, and boysenberry lovers will likely go over the moon on this pie. The chocolate pecan pie is something I had never had before, nor bake

The pastries are delicious. I bought their yule log, and it's amazing. I also tried their pumpkin pie and scones. They have a talented pastry chef, whoever that is. They must be busy, so slow to get back to you, but worth the wait.

I have never been TO the bakery itself, but my friend who lives over in the area picks it up and brings it to me.Actually I make her pick it up and bring it bc ITS S0O0 GOOD!!!! I'm shocked at the low reviews!! I've tried the apricot and raspberry rugala cookies which are buttery and perfect. I prefer the raspberry over the apricot. The snickerdoodle cookies are a must! Tried a piece of the quiche today and we LOVED IT! Eggs so fluffy and crust so buttery perfect!! A MUST is the pumpkin cream
