Not a professional business. The owner Robin definitely needs to improve her customer service skills.

Hiring rtclown for our granddaughter's birthday party was the WORST decision I have ever made. Like many other fellow citizens of Manhattan Beach, I always prefer supporting local businesses, however we deeply regret choosing this company. Our sweet granddaughter Riley requested a princess themed party. After an initial consultation with Robin, it was decided that we would have three princesses come to our backyard with games and activities for the children and guests to play. It sounded lovely

Wow, just wow. Robin Charin the owner helped me put together a last minute event for my uncle's 50th birthday party earlier this year. Based on the turnout of the event, you would have thought it was planned months in advance. Her decorations were unbelievable, captivating the attention of all my guests. Her performers were also fantastic and interacted with the youngest of guests to the oldest. RT Clown made my event unforgettable, and their customer service makes them that much better!

RT Clown has done a fantastic job for the 2 events we have used them for. Robin and her team are professionals! They tailored their entertainment to our crowd (kids) in an age appropriate, funny and interactive manner. Thank you! We are planning to hire you for a 3rd event soon!!

I had the chance to see a wonderful Western trick roper at the Jewish Community Center in Redondo Beach last month, and it was such a treat! The cowboy had all the kids entranced, and even the grown-ups enjoyed it. When I asked, they mentioned that the JCC gets their performers for the kids through RTClown and have done so for many years. I'll need entertainment for an event soon, and knowing about them will make the task easier.
