Very low key spot in Downtown LA.

It is cool old factory that can be turned into an event space. The party went off without an obvious hitch!

I went here for a Hollywood industry-related party. It's an interesting location that appears to be a converted factory building. It was a hip setup, but the surrounding neighborhood is rather sketchy.

Great venue for a wedding or large banquet. Was here last weekend for a large 400-people wedding. It was a great time, and very well organized.

Recently was party of a wedding that took place here. Mostly good things, some bad. First the good. It's a great space and they're very open to letting you decorate. It's completely barren so you have all the power to organize as you please. High ceilings make for a really grand venue as well. Lots of cool little bits here and there too. The entrance can be through an old freight elevator, lots of exposed beams for hanging stuff, lots of natural lights from skylight windows. The bad part
