I visited them to rent a halloween costume and overall the experience was good. They had a huge selection and I found exactly the outfit I wanted. The only downside was that the rental price was a little higher than I expected, and when I returned the costume, I had to wait in line longer than I'd hoped. Also, one of the accessories they provided was missing a part.

This place is really special! You can ask the staff about elements for any costume and their eyes light up while they come up with ideas. The fact that this place has survived the Amazons and the Spirit Halloweens of the world makes sense because shopping there is such a fun experience.

This has always been my favorite costume shop for over 20 years! The staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and fun! Johnna (like Madonna) help me yesterday and I brought back my boyfriend today so he could get make up tips! Johnna even told my boyfriend to video him giving instructions!
