Beverly Hot Springs

I'm sure it looks the same as it did in 1984. I left wondering how they passed their health inspection. We went for the hot spring aspect of this spa. But I rather hit and outdoor hot springs or go to a quality spa. I had a body scrub and it was the least enjoyable service I've ever had at a spa. It hurt, and I was there to relax. Worst experience and customer service by spa attendant on Men's floor. The young guy who works here provided bad customer service. The rule 2 hours sucks like the policy of entire facility. Never again

Arrived shortly after they opened on a Thursday. Staff was friendly and professional. Gated parking lot for facility is available. Slippers are provided if needed. Lockers are available too. Facility is clean and well maintained. Too bad the waterfall in the lobby is not in service though. I used the hot spring tub, cold plunge, wet steam room and dry steam room. Super clean place, quiet, and not as busy as other spas. The natural spring water feels like velvet on your skin. I've always been happy with all the services I've received at the spa. I've gotten the bodyscrub, the bamboo massage, and body care treatment. All wonderful.

I love this place. Everyone that works here has been very sweet. It's one of the great jewels of the city - a true thermal hot spring from over 2000 feet under Los Angeles. The hot springs are peaceful & in a cave with a beautiful Buddhist shrine. The place is impeccably clean, the towels are always clean & the staff is overly accommodating.
