Bauer Pottery of Los Angeles - Showroom

I have had Bauer Pottery pieces for years. I absolutely love the colors and the styles . I recently purchased a number of the large dog bowls. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. They are so thin, fragile, cheap and already chipping after only two weeks of use. The previous bowls I've had over the years were three times the thickness and were of high quality, lasting for years and years. Cool pottery store with simple design and bright colors, some modern colors as well, little bit of everything with some more decorative tiki designs as well. Great for people who appreciate such things.

We stopped in after seeing the Bauer showroom sign on the LA River. They just took up shop on the LA River 2.5mo ago after moving from Atwater. The gentleman that helped us was so friendly and knowledgeable. He told us the history of Bauer pottery. Have always loved Bauer pottery, so naturally was stoked to read online the other day that there is a Bauer studio in LA! We went today and absolutely loved it. The gentleman that helped us was seriously the best. So approachable and friendly, totally willing to explain things and answer questions, packaged all our items up nicely.
