Blue Nova Ice Cream Truck

It's rolled ice cream. I tired cookies and cream and it was great, but the price was $10. It's worth trying and I may try a different flavor next time, but $10 for ice cream........ FYI food truck!! so it may not be there.

So yummy and so fun. The people in the truck know how to get down when the music gets good. Nice place to bring kids for some delicious ice cream rolls. Love it and will definitely be coming back again.

Literally the best ice cream I've ever had. I live in San Diego, but I would gladly make the 2 hour trip to have this again. It takes a little bit to make, but the quality is totally worth it, and you can watch your ice cream get made!

Got the ube: Subtle flavor but not too sweet and there were huge chunks of real ube in there. The owners were super friendly as well and helped me pick out a flavor! You can also watch them make the ice cream through a live camera which is pretty neat.

Delicious ice cream rolls for an average cost of $10 each. Had the green matcha which was excellent. Definitely will come back again.
