From the start, their response time to my e-mails were poor, but I secured the items for my delivery nonetheless and requested a time (1:30PM) that I was told they would work around. This is a small, women owned business. The type of business we love to work with. Lupe, the owner will go out of her way to assist. Believe the bad reviews!!! I used Tiffany's a couple times in the past and had no problems, but this last experience was a nightmare.
