I have been dancing with Cesar for almost 9 years. He's a talented experienced salsa dancer and more. He's funny, makes every lesson an adventure and has encouraged me so much that I end up achieving some dance moves I would never dream I would able to perform. It's a joy to dance with him every time. I highly recommend him.
