Love it here! The instructors are amazing. They take time to teach you moves slowly and if you still struggle they help with alternative moves. The owner is also awesome! She goes the extra mile to make sure you get up to class in great spirits. I left my phone behind in my boyfriends car after being dropped off and she ran to catch him for me. She finds little ways to make sure you get up to class as comfortable as possible.

This was absolutely perfect after a pole class next door. It's private, you can go nude, you can pick the media to listen to (or not if you like silence). There's room to stretch in the private sauna space. The owner offers you a cold, lavender towel as well as water if you need. She also provides you with towels. The space is minimalist and perfect for when you need to be in a low stimulation environment.

I absolutely enjoy coming to the sauna here. I've been a member for a few months now and I've seen an improvement in my skin and energy. This is a great way to relax, detox, and reinvigorate your body. The light therapy is great for healing scars. Additionally, the customer service is great and the place is spotless and welcoming. I've also taken the beginner pole classes which was a great workout and helped me get more in tune with my body and feminine aura.

I tried the introductory package- three pole classes and one sauna session. Each instructor is different in the own way. I had Maria and Slash. Maria focused on technique, where as Slash went over techniques but had more of a sensual/sexual/sexy vibe which I loved. You will definitely get a full body work out lol The sauna was AMAZING!!!!
