SusieCakes - Downtown LA

We were visiting the LA area and stumbled upon "Susie Cakes"... a very pleasant surprise!!! We got the caret cake, celebration cake and a chocolate chip cookie.... and it was amazing!!! Moist and the icing was perfectly creamy.... we will be going back before we leave the LA area...and the staff was even better than the baked goods 👌... definitely worth a visit!!!

First time trying SusieCakes-Downtown Los Angeles on Hope Street. We were walking around and noticed that they were very busy, which normally meant it's a great place. I recently had the pleasure of visiting at SusieCakes in Downtown, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The staff, particularly Ashley, were exceptionally friendly and courteous, making my experience truly enjoyable. The cookies I sampled were absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The quality of the desserts is top-notch, and I appreciate the care and attention to detail that clearly goes into each treat. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone

I live in DTLA, so whenever I'm craving something sweet, this is my go-to spot. The place is always clean and the staff is very friendly, especially Climmiesha. She is incredibly sweet, attentive, and you can truly tell she's passionate about what she does. She always greets me so warmly, which makes every visit even better. I stopped by today after seeing they brought back the Banana Chocolate Chip cake, and I couldn't resist grabbing a slice. Climmiesha let me know it's only back for a limite

(I know they are delicious cakes because my sister always gets me one for my birthday.) I went in today for a quick snack for my partner & myself after work. It is a small but clean & cozy spot.
