Flaky flaky flaky 🤤🤤🤤 enjoyed some good pastries but their hot chocolate was ok. I ordered from their menu a Belgian hot chocolate and was told they didn't have that item 😒 so why is it in the menu 😢🥺😭 everything does seem freshly made except their hot chocolate tasted like the little instant hot chocolate bags 😰 sorry but true. Their breakfast croissant was good and also their blueberry and cream cheese pastry. My husband got the chocolate croissant and a hashbrown breakfast sandwich.

Pastries were excellent. Pumpkin krapfen was something unique. Coffee is decently good. Tables don't get clean though, there should be someone handling this thing during rush hours.

Check my history, I never complain. But this business needs to know that their customer service is really really bad. I stayed at freehand this last week, 5 days. I understand staffing levels may be stressed, but I was not greeted once. I'm not offended like others might be. Twice I walked in and left due to staff being engaged with each other not even knowing I was there. Nothing artistic about the lavazza coffee, though that is to be expected. Nice place to sit and have a quick bite. I came in out of the cold afternoon, the cafe was nice and warm. The seating area is large. The sweets offerings are plentiful, but they only a few savory offerings. I took my time deciding what to get. The employee was really nice and very polite, Adam I think is his name. The croissant I ordered was okayyyyy, but would come back based on the service. Give Adam a raise!

Great prices with a wide variety of delicious pastries and cakes. The menu offers everything from sandwiches and breads to drinks. The service is excellent, and I especially love the matcha latte-the cheese soft cake was absolutely delicious.

Come early on a Friday because these guys are so great they sell out by lunch! Anything. Literally anything is delicious! Love their tiny $1 jam jars. Pastries are fresh with a feel of hand crafting. Cakes are rare to find elsewhere. Those are perfection in every bite! One downside they don't offer decaf espresso but they have regular decaf brew. Had to stop for a quick coffee break and my sugar fix. I was new to this coffee house but it did not disappoint. I had a nice strong coffee, pastry and fruits. I ordered this for delivery through Grubhub. I chose the Chicken Caesar Baguette sandwich. It has a nice spring mix, the mixed chicken Caesar, tomatoes, dijon mayonnaise, and all on their baguette. This was way better than I expected. I understand that these are not made on the spot and are premade in the morning. I went their with my family and the place was so nice. I have been wanting to try a new place and I found this place really nice to go again. My mom said she liked how nice the girls working their answer all questions about the food and coffee. I thought it was nice they said it in Spanish for her so she can understand better. Don't get me started how good the food was and my favorite part was the strawberries on top of the chocolate cookies 😋 was so yummy.

I had a great experience. The two female employees were very nice. The pastries were delicious. I ordered two savory pastries and one raspberry cream bite. All were super yummy. Next time I drop by I'll try a drink and maybe a cake slice. Def recommend if you're in the area.
