Committed to pick up chairs for a party then didn't answer phone or sent to voicemail day of party.

I was referred to this person by another party planning company that cancelled last minute. The service with them was horrible, their jumper was unbelievable. It was dirty , they tired ropes all over the jumper for the kids to climb because they didn't have the proper ladder for the water slide , which was not safe and when I made a complaint was informed they had just picked up and never cleaned it before delivering it regardless of COVID-19 and basically told it was my problem.
