Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Quoted me over $500 for a combo jumper, and when I asked if they could do better on the price the man just started screaming at me like a child and then hung up. I don't understand how they're still in business.

Made an appointment for a specific time to bring the jumper as I would be busy setting up and picking up items for my sons birthday. The company had a cancelation on another birthday and decided to call me to bring item early, I wasnt able to pick up as I was busy doing multiple things during that time. DO NOT RENT FROM Ibarra Party Rentals. The absolute worse service I have ever received and are very unprofessional. The drivers demand cash or Zelle upon delivery although we were told that payment could be made at time of pick up. Drivers were extremely rude and condescending. Not a big deal; payment was made and the bounce house was delivered. However, the bounce house was supposed to be picked up at 3:30 pm, but didn't pick up until 5:30 pm. Total lack of professionalism and common courtesy. Our church ordered a jumper for a church picnic. We paid a little over three hundred dollars for a standard size, old and raggedy looking jumper. The delivery team was rude and spoke to down us like children. They were 2 hours late picking up the jumper and never offered an explanation or anything. Don't waste your time and money.

About a month ago I ordered a jumper, chairs, and tables with Ibarra party rentals. I am overly satisfied and very happy with everything that was delivered. I would recommend booking with this company! everything was very clean and delivered on time! Thank you so much Alex!
