DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME . Super Unprofessional and rude . I needed Simple poly linens and she shorted me one , they were all different colors and STAINED . This was last minute , next time say you don't have them . AND she assured me to zelle me back $10 for the missing linen and never did . The service is TRASH

I had a horrible experience this past weekend. I was not happy with the breach of contract. At the beginning she will give one price and right before the event she will not comply with what she agreed to do. I complained to her and got threatened to cancel if I was not happy. NOT PROFESSIONAL at all.

This lady is horrible and doesn't like taking care of the clients and doesn't accept when she screws up and then when it's brought up to her attention she literally will cancel your event so no professionalism in this store so don't waist your time even if the prices sounds good. She had the audacity to cancel my event a month away from my daughter's 15xv event.. Please consider reading the review for this place. Everything is 100% true! Not worth the money. We regret it so much booking this place for a quinceñera. It was NOTHING we expected. Please take your money somewhere else trust me. So many bad things went wrong and this lady is careless. Decorations were so simple & bad, cheap it looks like nothing that she promotes in her social media's, the package we got included a Dj and he sucked, he was rude! He messed up so many times during the vals, etc

Love it! Martha is so help full takes the extra set to make your family feel happy and comfortable with your event. She is helping girls dreams come true 💗
