I had a facial with Leslie and it was a wonderful experience! She is very friendly, professional, and clearly skilled at what she does. I really liked the way she performed the treatment - it was both relaxing and effective. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a couples massage on New Year's Eve. Our therapists were outstanding and i cannot praise them enough. The facilities are dated but not unpleasant. Prices are high but it's a Ritz and you know the price when you sign up so I don't get the complaints. I thought the service was outstanding and this is my second visit this year.

Too expensive for nothing!!! Save your money and go somewhere else and if you want to enjoy the beach walk it's free you don't have to book a room. Room guilty not as I expected at all. Fire pit doesn't work and you have to call engineering everyone you want to light it up. It's really cheap design. Great ambiance and view! It looks like a castle as you pull-up and it has a patio/bar looking out at the water of Half-moon Bay. The service was phenomenal and amenities were great! The staff was very accomodating and polite. The spa has single sex changing rooms with a lounge (equipped with treats) as well as jacuzzi, cool water pool, sauna, and steam room. There is also a co-ed amenities if you came as with a partner or something. Massages were great. Pricier than most spas but worth it if you

You can really feel the ocean influence - soft sounds of the waves, fresh sea air, and calming interiors that make you want to slow down and stay a while. I also took advantage o
