They were fantastic! Extremely responsive, even on weekends, and offered reasonable prices compared to other luxury bounce house rentals. I feel like you are getting much more than you pay for, because the rentals we've got were brand new and highly upscale looking! White picturesque bouncers with balls and slides :) The delivery guys were friendly and kept us well-informed. I would definitely use them again.

Well, I'm not surprised Cal jump has five stars! Not only do they offer such a wide variety of jump castles... the quality was incredible, It felt like a real ship! Their customer service is also outstanding. We had a change of address last minute and ended up asking for a different jump house and they were so friendly and accommodating. Cal Jump was absolutely amazing for our birthday celebration! I was blown away by how far they went above and beyond-no other company was willing to put in the effort to fit two massive inflatables into a tight space with steps, but they made it happen seamlessly. Recently used Cal Jump for my daughter's birthday party in a local park and could not have been happier. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating when I had to move the date because of weather, gave me a heads up when they were heading to set up and pickup (both of which were right on time) and their staff setting up were very professional.
