I used this company to get a jumper for my birthday party and I highly recommend them! Very reasonable pricing, super communicative and friendly, and also on time! Everything went as expected without any hiccups. Definitely reliable and trustworthy.

We had a fantastic experience with Jump High Bouncers! Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, super friendly, quick to respond, and very easy to work with. The bouncer, tables, and chairs were all in great condition, and their pricing was very competitive. They helped make our event run smoothly, and we'll definitely be using them again. They were great! I had the dates wrong on the appointment booking. I noticed the day of the party! And they still got the tables and chairs to us on time to set up. The gentleman who delivered and picked up was so helpful, courteous, and kind.

Had a great experience! We had our party at a church, and they were willing to pick up the jumpers at 9:00 pm on a Saturday without any additional charge. Other places would only accommodate for an additional charge. Also, when they saw we had a Pokémon themed party, they offered to bring by a Pokémon banner for the jumper before the party for no additional charge. They will definitely be our first choice moving forward.

They were amazing to work with. They dealt with the city directly for permits and were super responsive when we wanted to change our jumper. They showed up on time and came within 20 minutes of requesting pickup. Highly recommend them!!
