Stuart Event Rentals

I needed chairs last minute for an event and Stuart Rentals came through! I love that I was able to see all the items they have available to rent on their website including the pricing. I submitted a quote request and in less than a few hours a representative responded to me with a contract already prepared. Great customer service and the chairs were also very nice. They will definitely be my go-to place for my future party rental needs.

My happy 75th birthday party! Simple backyard party for just under 20 people. I needed a handful of chairs, one table, some plates and cutlery and a couple of chafing warmers. Mark P. handled the reservation...no pressure, helpful suggestions, simple, and efficient. My event was a Friday evening, so (included) pick-up was 1 day before, (so Thursday morning) and drop-off was Monday morning (the business is closed on the weekend). So civilized! We had a wonderful experience renting from Stewart Rentals. This was our first time using this company and everything went smoothly! They had exactly what we wanted available, the online paperwork and payment is very easy to use and the items were in great condition. I will happily refer people to Stewart and use them again!

This is the third time I have used Stuart Rentals this year and it's gotten progressively worse. The majority of their items from their tables, to their chairs, linens and furniture is damaged, dirty and not well taken care of at all. The chair cushions for their Chiavari chairs were stained, and smudged. There were footprints on several of them as if they are on the ground in the warehouse and people just step on them. I work in Live Events so have dealt with many Rental companies. The folks at the Dublin, CA location are super helpful and great to deal with. I had to make a change to the order and they were wonderful. Definitely will keep them at the top of my Vendor List.
