Fun place for the kids to spend some energy. Usually the place is packed so expect some waiting in line for wall climbing and dodge ball. The 6 and under section has usually a lot less kids than the other section just because they like to hang out with the older kids which sometimes results in bigger vs smaller kids collisions. I witnessed quite a few of them. I would say it's a fun outing for the jumpers, but it would be better with more supervision by those that collect the entrance fee.

We booked a birthday party at Rockin' Jump for 4:30 PM and arrived on time with all our guests. However, we were not checked into our party room until 5:30 PM an entire hour late. To make matters worse, we were told we had to vacate the room by 6:00 PM, giving us barely 30 minutes in the space we had reserved and paid for. When we asked if we could at least blow out the birthday candles, they reluctantly allowed it-but immediately after, we were asked to leave the room and eat the cake elsewher

We had a GREAT birthday party here last weekend. Jazlyn was the best host. She spoke spanish which was helpful for a lot of our guests. It was SO easy to have a party there- she put out a pitcher of water while the kids jumped and set up our own decorations, handed out pizza, cut the cake, and even washed my knife. The whole thing was seamless thanks to her.

Every time I deliver here, I always have amazing staff members ready to volunteer and help and that speaks tremendously. Their motivation is obvious and their generosity speaks loud. They're driven and always smiling. I highly recommend this place. It's very clean and you will always find fun and smiles everywhere. Five start rating from me.

No clue how this place is still in business. With competition like urban air and rebounderz this place is far too expensive for the one large jump area they have for open jump and that's about it. An offer sized jump area for age 6 and under days the target market is toddlers. They allow way too many people jumping at a time, didn't see any jousting, and the dodgeball seems pretty much reserved for birthday party groups only. Oh yes, and then the only other attraction being rock climbing walls
