I purchased my replacement RM-5 arm on the Sunday evening and by Monday it received the email that it shipped out. There timing is impeccable. It didn't even take a week for me to get it.

My next step is to save up to buy the automatic motorized version. I would also like to see integrated led lights around the base.

I Had a excellent purchasing experience! I have been eyeing the led inflatable enclosure for about a month. I decided to wait until cyber Monday to make a purchase in hopes saving money.
