The Big Shop

Went to guest services to get a shoppers. You get 1 hour from the time you enter park and must purchase item(s) totaling 25 dollars. So went and bought my items (Titanic and Harry Potter books). Casandra offered to cart it to pick up. Told her I was at guest drop off outside and she said no problem. I was super happy because it's a big set. Went back to guest services and got my refund. Casandra escorted it out for me and was very nice. Her with her co-workers in the big shop were super awesome

love this place，besides lego bricks, there are many plush toys.

This was our first visit to the Big Store located inside Legoland and we were under the impression that it was the largest Lego store in the USA. In terms of size, it may be true, but unfortunately it doesn't have the latest Lego sets we were looking for. Yes, there are more options here, and I expected the latest Minecraft 2023 sets to be sold here.

I am hoping that this review reaches Moses, a current employee at the Big Shop. Recently, this week, my son bought a Ninjago set. Soon after opening, he lost a pretty significant piece and his building came to a pause. I asked around at the LEGOLAND hotel to see if there was a place to order just a part, they said I'd need to purchase a new set. This shop is awesome!! This is the biggest lego store in LegoLand, so definitely stop by! They have sets for beginners as well as experienced builders, and of every different topic. Things are expensive, but the same prices as every store in the park. Kind employees, and awesome that you can buy a huge reusable bag for only $2.
