One star is too much. I had a disappointing experience at Gepettos on 3/11/2025 around 3:15 PM. My family, which included several kids and adults, decided to stop by the store after lunch, and unfortunately, our visit was marred by the behavior of an employee named Edmund. My 3 year old son and I spent the day at Legoland and we decided to buy another set from Geppetto's to go with a set we bought inside Legoland. There was some sort of Lego event so there were legos, sealed in bags on the floor, and he touched a bag for barely a second before an employee yelled at him very loudly for touching it. My family always likes to stop by and purchase a few trinkets from here when we're in the areas. But the past few times there was a rude male worker. I'm obsessed with this toy store. Often, their prices are cheaper than Amazon! They have the best buyer for this little store. So many cute, unique toys and gifts. I also love that they gift wrap- It's a dying art. So, so happy to support local. They are the greatest!

I went to 3 different competitors looking for a specific toy that was showing in stock online. After a wild goose chase I called Gepetto's. The staff was super friendly and helpful and set the toy aside for me until I could drive there to pick it up. Will definitely go back.
