James and his crew took care of every detail to make sure our balloon ride was wonderful - from pre-trip communication to the actual ride. His crew was fabulous helping us all when necessary. The mimosas mid flight were a big hit! Our landing back to earth was spot on perfect. Great experience.

First time ever on a hot air balloon and Jeremy made sure that every step of the way was smooth as possible. He was very knowledgeable and answered every single question we had about the adventure. Being so far up in the sky can be very nerve wrecking but he definitely calmed our nerves by his professionalism and kindness.
