Their response time was very fast, the booth and the road cases were in excellent shape when we picked up, the training was very thorough and informative and they even had props in-house that I was able to buy on the spot! Good quality, not cheap paper props. We are looking forward to starting this new business venture and hope to buy another booth from firebooth in the near future!
