Kiderr Terms of Use

Welcome to Kiderr, an online platform that connects families with kids’ party service providers. By accessing or using Kiderr’s website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Kiderr. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Platform Conduct

Because Kiderr serves families and children, we require all users to adhere to the highest standards of language, behavior, and conduct. You agree that you will:

  • Use respectful and appropriate language at all times
  • Avoid any vulgar, profane, or harmful language or behavior
  • Not engage in harassment, threats, or offensive communication
  • Not misrepresent your identity or business
  • Not submit false or misleading information

Kiderr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice for any violations of this policy, including but not limited to vulgarity, misbehavior, or misrepresentation.

3. Subscription and Payment

Kiderr operates on a monthly subscription basis, with pricing tiers depending on the plan you select.

  • Subscription fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis to the payment method you provide.
  • You authorize Kiderr to withdraw subscription fees each month until you cancel your subscription.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Privacy and Use of Data

Kiderr values your privacy. By using the Platform, you agree that Kiderr may:

  • Collect and use your data to improve the Platform and user experience
  • Use anonymized or aggregated data to develop new services or products
  • Disclose data as required by law or in connection with legal proceedings

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify Kiderr immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Termination of Use

Kiderr reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of the Platform
  • Vulgar, abusive, or unsafe conduct
  • Fraud or misrepresentation
  • Non-payment or payment issues

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any remaining subscription fees will not be refunded.

7. Disclaimers

  • Kiderr does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of listings or user-generated content.
  • Kiderr does not endorse or guarantee the services provided by third-party vendors listed on the Platform.
  • You use the Platform at your own risk, and Kiderr assumes no responsibility for interactions or transactions between users and service providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

  • Kiderr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
  • Kiderr shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:
    • The use or inability to use the Platform
    • Conduct of any third party on the Platform
    • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
    • Any data breach, cyberattack, or system failure

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge this risk by using the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

  • Informal resolution: You agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at support@kiderr.com.
  • Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Walton County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  • Waiver of class actions: You agree to resolve any disputes individually, and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

11. Changes to These Terms

Kiderr may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting them on our website or via email. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
