Paid in Full Online Families pay for the entire event upfront using a credit card, and the payment is automatically released to you right after the event is successfully completed. If a family cancels and violates your cancellation policy, you’ll receive up to 90% of the event price.
Deposit Payment Option Kiderr secures the family’s deposit, and you collect the remaining balance before or on the event day using your preferred payment method: cash, credit card, or PayPal. If a family breaches your cancellation policy, Kiderr will transfer you the full deposit amount equal to your commission rate.
When a family books an event with you, you’ll receive a text message, email, and notification through Kiderr.com with all the booking details. You can customize how you’d like to be notified for future bookings in your notification settings. You’ll have 24 hours to accept or decline the request by replying to one of the messages or directly through your Kiderr account.
Our Instant Messaging service allows for quick, easy, and secure communication with families. They can reach out to you with questions before booking an event, and you can chat with them, invite them to join your activities, and even suggest events that aren’t listed. Once they’ve booked, you can easily email or call them through the Kiderr app with just one click.
